Established in 2017 with a formidable track record in Malaysia's infrastructure and roadworks sector, Memanda Capital Sdn Bhd stands as a beacon of Bumiputera-owned excellence. With a strategic headquarters nestled in the heart of KL Town and a branch office for added accessibility, our commitment to quality and reliability is unwavering.
Backed by a robust Paid-Up Capital of RM2,500,000 and wholly owned 100% by local Bumiputera citizen, we have consistently performed numerous classes of projects under the Government of Malaysia, GLCs, MNCs, and selected reputable PLCs. We are qualified and requisite licenses by obtained CIDB G7 with PUC as above i.e. RM 2.5 million, PKK, SPKK, SCORE, MOF License, and numbers of vendor ship/collaboration with well-known body in Malaysia. As such, we are fully supported by Singapore Company for the project funding purposes i.e. Portfolio approximately RM 500,000 to RM 500 million.
The company’s core business areas include infrastructure and roadworks, where they have extensive experience delivering top-notch projects, and comprehensive cleaning services for both the interior and exterior of buildings. Memanda Capital specializes in industrial cleaning and maintenance programs for hostels, buildings, shopping malls, and more.
We run the company pertaining to the rule of Shariah regulation’s compliance, therefore Islamic concept of business in nature.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (''CEO'')
BADRUL HISYAM BIN MATAJUDDIN
Badrul Hisyam has been our Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since Memanda Capital Sdn Bhd (MCSB) was established in 2017. Born in Kelantan in 1987, Badrul’s educational journey is marked by significant academic achievements. He earned a Diploma in Banking and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Finance from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), followed by a Master’s degree in International Business & Corporate Finance from University of West Scotland, UK. Further solidifying his expertise, he obtained the Chartered Credit Professional (CCP) certification during his service in Maybank.
Badrul’s career began as a Senior Financial Executive at Public Bank from 2008 to 2009. He then joined Maybank HQ, where he served as the Regional SME Manager from 2009 to 2018. During this period, he played a pivotal role in supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprise.
In 2019, Badrul transitioned to the role of CEO at Saznol Holdings, a company specializing in the oil and gas construction sectors. His leadership resulted in substantial revenue growth, with the company’s earnings increasing from RM200 million to RM350 million.
Currently, Badrul is also an Associate Director at Luminor Sdn Bhd, a multinational company based in Singapore with operations in Malaysia. His extensive experience and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving the success of the companies he has been associated with.
Badrul, a versatile leader with 14 years of experience in oil and gas and construction industries, excels in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
In terms of leadership skills, Badrul excels in inspiring and motivating his teams. He fosters collaboration and innovation, ensuring that his team members are aligned with the company’s vision and goals. His problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking enable him to navigate challenges effectively and make informed decisions that drive organizational success.
Special skills that set Badrul apart include his proficiency in risk management, financial analysis, and strategic planning. He has a keen eye for identifying opportunities and mitigating risks, which has been crucial in his roles across various industries. His ability to integrate financial strategies with business operations has consistently led to improved performance and growth for the companies he has managed.

SHAMSUDDIN SHUIB
Shamsuddin Shuib is a veteran in project management with over four decades of hands-on experience overseeing large-scale developments across multiple industries. At 63 years old, he brings a wealth of wisdom, technical insight, and operational discipline—making him a pivotal force in driving project excellence within the company.
Throughout his extensive career, he has collaborated with various major contractors and prestigious organizations, including Medivest and other legacy entities, where he played key roles in project execution, contractor coordination, and stakeholder engagement. His broad exposure to both government-linked projects and private sector developments has equipped him with a deep understanding of compliance standards, safety regulations, and strategic resource allocation.
Known for his strong leadership and meticulous planning capabilities, Shamsuddin excels in translating complex project scopes into structured, executable timelines. He leads with clarity and confidence—ensuring that every initiative is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Project Director, he oversees the full project lifecycle—from tender acquisition, technical evaluation, and contract negotiation to site supervision and final handover. His ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, consultants, and regulatory authorities ensures smooth project flow and long-term operational sustainability.
Shamsuddin stands as a symbol of reliability and integrity—bringing not only skill, but legacy-driven leadership to every project he undertakes in Memanda Capital.
HEAD OF DEPARTMENT (H.O.D)
ZUNNUR ANUAR
Zunnur Hajidah binti Anuar, born in Kedah, currently holds the position of H.O.D Operation. She has a strong academic background, having earned a Degree in Islamic Banking from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Kedah and a Diploma in Accounting from UiTM Tapah.
In terms of professional experience, Zunnur worked as an Account Assistant at APEX Communications Sdn Bhd for one year, where she gained practical experience in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. Her role involved maintaining accounting systems and assisting with budget preparation and analysis. Prior to that, she completed an internship as an Account Assistant at District and Land Ipoh Kinta, where she supported bookkeeping tasks, prepared financial documents, and contributed to auditing processes, gaining valuable insight into government accounting procedures.
Zunnur specializes in banking procedures, accounting, project management, and operations. Her expertise in banking allows her to efficiently manage and optimize financial transactions. Her accounting skills ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reports, while her project management abilities help drive the successful execution of projects from the planning stage through to completion. As a H.O.D Operation, Zunnur is responsible for overseeing day- to- day business functions, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing productivity across the organization.

SARDI SHARIFF
Sardi Sariff, born in the serene town of Tanah Merah, Kelantan, began his educational journey at Sekolah Rendah Sri Suria 2. His passion for business and leadership led him to pursue a Diploma in Business Management from UniKL, which laid the foundation for his successful career. With over 10 years of experience as a Marketing Executive in a local company, Sardi has honed his skills in driving strategic marketing initiatives, fostering client relationships, and delivering results.
Sardi is not only dedicated to his professional growth but also brings the same passion and energy into his personal life. A devoted husband and father of three children, he is a strong believer in maintaining a positive outlook, both at work and at home. His love for soccer reflects his competitive spirit and team-oriented mindset, qualities that have propelled him forward in his career.

Mohamad Fadzli bin Mat Saad, a dynamic Product Specialist Manager from Gerik, Perak, has cultivated a strong career foundation through his early education at SK Bersia Lama and his Diploma in Mass Communication and Media from UiTM. His academic background equipped him with essential skills in communication and marketing, preparing him to navigate the complexities of the industry with creativity and strategic thinking.
With over 15 years of experience, Fadzli has honed his expertise in various facets of marketing, including digital marketing, brand management, and market analysis. Notably, he served as a Marketing and Technical Executive in military and defense products, where he provided specialized solutions to the Ministry of Defence Malaysia. This role exemplifies his ability to manage high-stakes projects and offer innovative solutions in a niche sector.
